Big White Wall
Big White Wall is an online mental health and wellbeing service offering self-help programmes, creative outlets and a community that care. When you’re dealing with everyday stressors or major life events, the peer support will help you get through it.
Life isn’t easy. Some days are good, some days are bad, and some are just fine. In hand understand this and created this simple app to help you focus on where you’re at and bring back the balance.
Pixel Thoughts is a new approach to mindfulness. The 60 second exercise involves putting your thoughts into a star and watching them disappear into space. All you have to do is type your worry in, and then watch as it slowly fades away. Following the instructions on the screen will help you practice mindfulness and hopefully feel less anxious.
For Me: The Childline App
The app from childline allows you to be in control of the content you receive. From pin based protection to mood based advice, the control is all in your hands with the For Me app from ChildLine. This app gives you access to all of Childlines content as well as one to one chat with a counsellor, and forums full of young people to share advice and tips.
WellMind is a free iOS and Android app from Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. It is designed to help you with stress, anxiety and depression.
