All you have to do is type your worry in, and then watch as it slowly fades away. Following the instructions on the screen will help you practice mindfulness and hopefully feel less anxious.

The app from childline allows you to be in control of the content you receive. From pin based protection to mood based advice, the control is all in your hands with the For Me app from ChildLine. This app gives you access to all of Childlines content as well as one to one chat with a counsellor, and forums full of young people to share advice and tips.
