Big White Wall is an online mental health and wellbeing service offering self-help programmes, creative outlets and a community that care. When you’re dealing with everyday stressors or major life events, the peer support will help you get through it.

MindOut

MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, trans, and queer people. They aim to provide advice and information, advocacy, a peer support programme, wellbeing activities and events, a peer mentoring services, an out of house online chat service and a food project.

A Journey Within

This simple yet extremely powerful and useful technique will assist you immediately with any problems you may be having with relaxation. It will guide you through your body and help you to re-educate yourself in the feelings of relaxation. A perfect technique for aiding you to sleep at night or as a vital part of your relaxation regime.
