In this video, Stefan shares how to overcome video game addiction. Video game addiction affects people of all ages, but are becoming more and more common among teens and young people. Studies estimate that 10-15% of people who play games meed the World Health Organisation’s criteria for addiction.
This short video was developed by Port Phillip’s Youth Advisory Commitee and it encourages young people to try and find solutions if they are facing the negative effects of problem gaming.

Matt has seen the dangers of online grooming after his friend was tricked into sending nude pictures of herself to another gamer pretending they were the same age. Now Matt has teamed up with Fixers to create a powerful film which he hopes will inform others his age of the dangers so they can take better precautions.
