Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance is a peer-led community with more than half of the DBSA staff and board members living with a mood disorder and all DBSA support groups are facilitated by peers. This opens up the community for individuals who are worried that others may not understand them as everyone in the DBSA has felt like that at one point or another.
