Children’s Mental Health Day Resources for Professionals

The week from 4th to 10th February 2019 is Children’s Mental Health Week 2019, with the theme of ‘Healthy: Inside And Out’. The week focuses on how physical activity, diet, and proper sleep can support and enhance the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.
