ThinkTwice Course


ThinkTwice offers a course specifically for the Christian communities who want to be equipped with knowledge about mental health and how best to support those who are struggling. The basic course covers an introduction to theology of mental health, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and psychosis.

Additional modules can be added to the course covering the language of suicide, what the Bible says about suicide, biblical models of suicide prevention and taking care after a suicide attempt.


For those who find comfort in religion, this course may be perfect. It allows for people to explore difficult topics from both a scientific and theological facets which can allow people to support their communities to the best of their abilities.
