Self Harm Fact Sheet

This is a pretty short 3 page fact sheet looking to explain self harm to young people. This resource covers the topics of; What self harm is, suicide and why people self harm. It is important to remember that self harm is dangerous, and you should always talk to someone if you feel like negative thoughts are taking over your life.

I think this resource would be useful, especially with it targeted at young people to explain self harm to them and give them more information about the topic. I would think this would not only prove a benefit to those that view this resource but also to the people around the viewers that may self harm too.
