Whether you have started self-harming or whether you are afraid you may start, the fact you are looking for these resources is a big first step. Nobody goes through their teenage years without having to negotiate changes and difficulties, but it's how we learn to deal with them that matters and that you get the right support when you need it most.
This webpage is a landing page for Stem4’s Calm Harm application and the steps to change section.
Stem4 aims to stem teenage mental illness and support teenage mental health. They focus on four specific areas of mental health and provide specific information on these areas to a variety of stakeholders. The website is well designed with bright colours that will keep the audience engaged. The language used is suited to young people and is free of any jargon. This webpage is slightly confusing as it is supposed to support teens but just links to their app and the steps to change.
