Scoliosis Body Confidence

Body confidence is about loving your body no matter what! Even when it is a bit of a funny shape. In this video Jessica shares her thoughts on body confidence and her personal story on scoliosis, which is a curve in her spine.

She shares her tips for being confident in your body and how to increase body confidence when you have a disability but don’t be scared off from this video if you don’t have a disability, the information in this video works for everyone.

The information in this video is overall really positive. There has been a lot of push lately for loving the body we’re in but this is often from women of colour or those who are bigger than a size zero. Loving yourself when you are disabled is still very unseen within this media push, so it’s important that things like this are included.
