ReachOut is a leading online mental health organisation for young people, providing practical support to help them get through everything from everyday issues to tough times. The website is full of apps and tools that young people can use as well as information to help educate and advise young people about their mental health.
ReachOut aims to put help into more young people’s hands. They’re making help easier to find online through ReachOut and simple to access through apps like Breathe and WorryTime.
ReachOut is an amazing resource full of information for young people. Through an interactive site they offer tools, education and information on various topics for young people. It includes a link to NextStep which is a series of interactive questions that can help you find the best support options. I think it’s a very nice smooth website that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
