No More Funerals
We are at a point in time where we are burying young people faster than we can bury our elders due to youth violence and gangs. In this passionate speech, Craig Pinkney talks to the Your Life Matters Youth Summit about how social media is now being used to help prosecute crimes, and how social media is also being used to facilitate youth violence.
The resounding message of this talk is that change is not the responsibility of just professionals, young people can also help create and facilitate change within their communities.
As with every talk he does, Craig Pinkney inspires people to take a part in their community and try to facilitate change. This talk is inspiring and aims to show young people that change is possible, and youth violence or gang membership isn’t the only way to be successful in life.
