MIND, the Mental Health Charity

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem but hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. MIND believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They will listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.

When you are experiencing a mental health problem, supportive and reliable information can change your life. That’s what MIND do. They empower people to understand their condition and the choices available to them through access to an information line and publications.

MIND is a well known and recognised national charity that works with people with mental illness. They have special areas on their site dedicated to young people, parents and professionals. The resource available through the websites are amazing and it makes a great landing page for people who want information and advice about mental illness.
