Looking after Yourself during your GCSEs: A Guide for Pupils


GCSEs are something to be taken seriously, but shouldn’t cause you any distress or upset – in fact, some people even enjoy doing them and see them as a personal challenge. Charlie Waller has teamed up with HeadStart Wolverhampton to create this guide for pupils to help them through a time which could be tough on their mental health.


This guide contains top tips for pupils who are going through their exam period. It is amazing how simple some of these tips are but they really do make a big difference.
