Life isn’t easy. Some days are good, some days are bad, and some are just fine. In hand understand this and created this simple app to help you focus on where you’re at and bring back the balance.

It does this by allowing you to focus yourself in a moment of stress or love mood. Once the app knows how you are feeling it will take you through simple steps to help you, be you. The activities in the app include talking to someone, reading inspirational quotes and taking pictures.


This application is a novel way to help young people who might be suffering from stress or low mood. Of course, this is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment but it can work as a companion to these things.
