Help for Anxiety and Panic

Everyone feels anxious sometimes, and it is a normal response to one of life’s challenges, like exams or moving home. If worrying starts to take over and gets in the way of living life, then we might have an anxiety problem.

This webpage contains information and help for anxiety and panic. This includes many self help guides and self help books. It also includes information on a variety of different mental health conditions that fall under the umbrella of anxiety and panic.

This webpage is provided by Wolverhampton Healthy Minds so the links and services are directly relevant to young people of the Wolverhampton. The way it is written is accessible to people in our target age range, however I would suggest it for older young people. It is geared towards young people as the self help books it recommends are advertised through the library systems within Wolverhampton.
