Common Concerns about Mental Health


Many people have similar concerns about what is meant by ‘mental health’ and there is often considerable stigma about seeking support. This video addresses some of these concerns with input from religious leaders and healthcare professionals. This video uses the Urdu language with English subtitles to open up the conversation to as many people as possible.


This video may help qualm fears some minorities might have about their own mental health. It contains both sides of the coin; religion and science, so you get a well rounded view.
