The app also provides handy tips on how to calm down and relax. It even produces entry reports which show the emotions you feel most. The app logs this data into a seven day graph so you can see how much your mood changes over a week! BASE is used to help you not down your feelings so you can understand when your stress and anxiety is at its worst instead of relying on memory.

The application allows young people to take control over monitoring their health and wellbeing. The application is free and available on both iOS and android.
