Resources to support young people in the festive season

How do I use this site?

Click or tap on ‘Start Here’ above to reveal the search menu. (On the homepage, it’s already open). Type in the topic you’re looking for, tell us who you are (a young person, a professional, parent or family) and then click the search button to begin exploring.

Search results are presented in an easy-to-use magazine-style page. No long lists of results. No adverts. The site includes simple features to help you rate and share search results and individual resources. We’ve written a blog post about the design of the site here.

Are you in need of immediate help?

HeadStart Wolverhampton does not provide crisis support. If you, or a young person you know, is in need of immediate help and support, please click here for information on what to do.

I have a great resource I think should be on the site. How do I let you know?

Click on the ‘Suggest a resource‘ button in the navigation bar, and fill in the simple form. We’ll look at the resource, and, if appropriate, will add it to the site. Many thanks!

Do I need a login for the site? Do you capture, store or share any information about me?

No, you don’t need a login, and we don’t know who you are as you move around the site.

All we know is what you searched for, and the type of person you’ve told us you are, whether a young person, professional, or a parent/family member.

There is a feedback form for each resource that you can fill in if you’d like to share your thoughts about a resource, good or bad. You can optionally send us your contact details in that feedback if you wish.
